Stay agreement and House Rules for holiday rentals. You fill in your details once, add the guest's and the document comes out ready, to download as PDF.
07 Cleaning
A room-by-room list with your house's standing notes and the time until the next arrival. Whatever runs out goes straight to the shopping list, and the cleaning is closed and sent by WhatsApp or as PDF.

Royal Decree-law 29/2026 proposes that, from 1 December 2026, holiday lets of 30 nights or fewer in Spain carry 10% VAT. It still has to be ratified by the Spanish Parliament. In the meantime, you can simulate how much it would change for you. If it is ratified, the Method is updated that same day and anyone who already has it receives the update included.
